Spiritual growth requires intentional practice, but that effort is rooted in God’s grace rather than an attempt to earn His love. Through practices such as Scripture, prayer, community, stewardship, and self-denial, believers are prepared to follow Jesus in the challenges of everyday life. Over time, these disciplines create space for the Spirit to transform us into the people God calls us to be.
Rule and Rhythm of Life

A purposeful way of living can help believers center their lives on God rather than productivity, achievement, or distraction. By establishing healthy patterns of prayer, work, rest, and attention, Christians can develop a rhythm that creates space for spiritual growth while helping them remain present and faithful in everyday life.
Liturgical Script

The richness of Christian faith is found not only in the present but also in the wisdom and practices passed down through generations. By drawing from Scripture, worship, art, music, and the writings of those who came before us, we deepen our understanding of God and grow more fully into the likeness of Christ.
Time and Place

Living faithfully means learning to trust God within the time and circumstances we have rather than being consumed by the past, anxious about the future, or wishing for a different life. God can use even imperfect circumstances to shape us, while our growing character equips us to bring positive change to the people and places around us. Ultimately, following Christ means being fully present and serving Him wherever we are.
Embodiment

The human body is not something separate from who we are but an essential part of how God created us. Though our bodies experience weakness, decay, and the effects of a fallen world, Christianity points toward their redemption and renewal. In the meantime, we are called to receive our bodies with gratitude, care for them with moderation, worship through them, and honor both our own bodies and the created world as gifts from God.
Prayer

Prayer brings the realities of heaven and earth together, inviting us into a direct and deeply personal relationship with God. Though prayer can be confusing and marked by unanswered questions, we are called to approach God with honesty, humility, persistence, and trust, allowing prayer to shape both our relationship with God and the way we live and serve in the world.
